OHV and its contracted providers of electronic and digital services, including Networld Online, Inc., cannot and does not guarantee the privacy or security of your information. OHV advises its clients to use this feature responsibly to ensure that they do not compromise the data and information contained within their account. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best products and services safely.

OHV may collect and aggregate information and data from our client accounts to provide a better understanding of our clients and their use of our products and services. Aggregated data is information we collect about a group or category of services or users from which we remove or ignore individual Client identities. We may use “cookies,” small files that our web servers place on your hard drive, to track your activity on our website.

We may disclose personal information about you in response to legal requirements and enforcement of our policies. We will respond affirmatively to any legitimate and documented request or order from law enforcement and other government officials.

A password is the key to a Client Account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. You can share information within your client account with others by creating subaccounts and providing the password to those subaccounts with another person. Those authorized people will have access to your personal data and any data that you permit them to see. If you believe for any reason that others may know your password, change it immediately. We recommend that you logout and close your browser when you finish your visit to our website.

Your data and information is stored on our servers. We treat our business relationship with you and your data as important assets and we use a combination of what we believe to be the best tools to protect you, your personal information, and data from unauthorized access. OHV has two classes of communication with its Clients. The prime class of communication addresses Client Account issues, including conditions of use, security, payments, upgrades, and the like. The second class of communication includes promotional materials and information that may not be essential to successfully using your Client Account. You may opt out of the second class of communications.

OHV may share Client Account information in connection with the potential acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a substantial portion of the corporation, with or to another company. In the event of this type of transaction, we will notify you if we transfer your Client Account to another company and/or if it becomes subject to a substantially different privacy policy.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our web site. All amended terms automatically take effect five (5) days after we initially post them on our website and we encourage you to review the policy whenever you use the site.
