Our Heritage Vault, Inc. (OHV) pays for and ships its products via ground transportation within the 48 contiguous states. You can expect to receive your product(s) within ten (10) days of our receipt of your paid order, the Order Date. If you do not receive your product within ten (10) days of the Order Date, please contact us at MoreInfo@OurHeritageVault.com.

OHV will sell and ship products to addresses outside the 48 contiguous states for an additional shipping and handling fee. Additionally, we will expedite delivery for an additional fee, generally the shipping cost, plus a special handling fee of $10.00. For more information, please contact MoreInfo@OurHeritageVault.com.

OHV will replace any damaged item or an item that fails to operate properly, if notified within 45 days of the Order Date. Additional warranties may apply. Please see the documents that accompany your delivered product. You may also return any new, unopened products in their original packaging within 45 days of the Order Date for a full refund. You cannot return templates, forms, documents, software, application(s), and the content of electronic media for a refund. OHV will replace any template, form, document, or software that fails to operate properly within one (1) year of the Order Date with the then current version.
